Emergency contact & plan

We will be practicing safety protocols which will include but are not limited to: proper sanitation, sustainable blood sugar levels, hydration, anatomy conscious play, and aftercare. In addition, I will contribute to our safety by doing only what I feel comfortable and confident doing. However, to ensure the safety of us both, please provide your preferred detailed emergency response plan and indicate your emergency contact.

In the event of a mental health crisis, how would you like to receive care? If you have a panic attack, unexpected trigger, or experience other emotional/mental distress (distinct from what is desired in scene), what would help you stay embodied? This information will only be utilized consensually, if necessary in the event of a crisis, as a comfort measure only. I have trauma informed training but I am not a mental health professional nor am I a substitute for one.
